Our cleaning process before your locket ships to you includes a magnifying glass, Qtips, a cleaning solution, and multiple polishing cloths. We handle your locket with care until the very last minute.

Yes, it will get some fingerprints on it and some smudges and maybe even some tarnish, all metal does, but the joy and love that comes from wearing your locket is more important than keeping it looking perfect.

Each locket comes with a polishing cloth. Most likely, that polishing cloth will be enough to keep your locket shining and ready for wear, especially if you're wearing it often.

I recently though went to put on my Gold Heart Locket that I hadn't worn for many months. It would have been the perfect statement piece for the Jack's Basket Gala I was headed to. If your locket has scratches that are now showing, that is normal.
