The Arrival of Your Locket

The Locket Sisters

We have so many generous customers who love gifting a locket! Whether it be a holiday or birthdaya thinking of you gifta weddingthe loss of a loved onea grieving parentcelebrating a milestone, a pet to be remembered, a new babyan anniversary...the list goes on and on. Our lockets make the most thoughtful and memorable gifts you guys! Who wouldn't want this kind of keepsake?!

Did you know you can have it sent directly to your gift recipient?

The Edith

The obvious question that comes with that then is, "What will it look like when it arrives?" or "Can you gift wrap it?"

So here we are to share exactly what your gifted package will look like. And because we love the way our packaging looks, it will come to you like this too even if you're not giving it as a gift.

After your locket is designed, poured, cleaned, and polished we place it in its very own jewelry box that is padded, both top and bottom, to be sure your locket doesn't get scratched or jostled in transit.

The Silver Disco Ball Locket

We love connecting with your stories! During our whole process of making your locket we are thinking about who will be wearing it, who is giving it, and how it all creates the beautiful life of the locket. For that reason, our way to connect with you is to write a note. If you're giving the locket as a gift, we will be writing a note to the recipient. It can be from us or it can be from you!

Locket Stories

During the ordering process, you can choose an option that says, "Handwritten Note". You can then write out exactly what you want written to the person you are sending the locket to. This note will be from you, just in our handwriting. If you don't choose to write your own note, we will write a note from us making note that the locket is from you. No matter what, there will be a note!

This note then sits right under the locket box for your person to open and feel loved and cared for as they have the experience of seeing what is inside the locket.

Along with the locket and note, we include a polishing cloth, some information about the locket, and maybe our very favorite and loved addition is "The Little Thread". You can read an entire blog about this little thread and why we think it is important for each of you to have this along with your Locket Sisters locket.

MN Best Business

We are constantly thinking through the experience of someone opening one of our lockets. We want it to be exactly what the recipient is needing. Because our lockets go to people who are grieving, people who are celebrating, and all that is between, it is important to us that each person feels loved and seen as they open their package. Our products are backed with much time, thought, and feelings and the process doesn't start or end with us. Each locket takes on a life of its own when it leaves our studio and for that we are so beholden.
