Now, let's focus on the shipping aspect. At the end of your order, you will be prompted to choose a shipping option. Our business is based in Minneapolis, MN, so the delivery time will vary depending on your location. Once your locket is completed, we carefully package it and send it off to the local post office or FedEx site. You will receive a notification when your locket has been shipped and a tracking code to keep track of its journey to you.

Here are the shipping options we offer at checkout and what they mean:

• USPS First Class: This is the free option we offer everyone. It generally takes about 1-5 days to travel, sometimes we've seen it go longer. If you're near the Twin Cities, it's one day, Midwest generally takes about two days, and beyond the Midwest is about 4-5 on average.

• USPS Priority Mail: This option is a flat fee of $9, and takes roughly one day for most Midwestern cities, two days for big urban hubs, and three days for some harder to reach places and coastal areas.

• FedEx 2 day: Price varies depending on your location. This option means your locket will be delivered within 2 business days.

• USPS Priority Mail Express Overnight: Price varies depending on your location. You will receive your package within 2 days of shipment, usually on the next business day after it is shipped.

• FedEx Standard Overnight: Price varies depending on your location. Once your package is dropped off at a site, it will be delivered to you by the next day 8pm.

• FedEx Priority Overnight: Price varies depending on your location. Once your package is dropped off at a site, it will be delivered to you by the next day 5pm.

• FedEx First Overnight: This is the most reliable and quickest option as well as the most expensive. Once your package ships you are guaranteed to receive it on the next business day by 2pm.

While all of our shipping options are reliable, please note that they do not affect the production time on our end. Our goal is to ensure that your locket is delivered to you in a timely manner, but we also want to maintain the quality of our products. The production process is consistent and may take 3-5 business days for a one-sided locket or pendant, and 4-8 business days for a two-sided locket. Please keep in mind that we do not rush the process as it may compromise the quality of your locket. You'll receive a notification once we begin working on your locket, with an estimated completion time of 4-8 days from that day until it's shipped. In rare cases, we may need more time if there are imperfections or a need for a redo. If this happens, we'll communicate with you and do our best to get your locket to you within your desired timeline.
