Every locket arrives ready to give
Whatever the occasion, your locket shows up looking like a gift. It arrives in our black shipping box with a handwritten note from someone on our team and The Little Thread, a tiny card with a thread tied to it: our reminder to hang on, whatever story is unfolding for you. Inside, you’ll also find a booklet about our story, our team and our studio in the Northeast Minneapolis Art District, along with your finished locket, ready to be worn. The packing slip never shows the price, so you can send it straight to the person it’s for.
Each one is made to order in our Minneapolis studio, and most ship 4–7 days from your order date. With Free Shipping, most lockets arrive in about 1–2 weeks. Need it sooner? Choose Priority, Express or Overnight Shipping at checkout.
How long it takes to make your locket
We do our best to make and ship your order as quickly as possible without rushing the keepsake we're making for you. Most lockets ship 4–7 days from the date of order, sometimes sooner. Timing can vary with how many photos go inside your locket, resin cure time, and the other steps of our handmade process.

International shipping
We ship to the 17 countries below. Most international orders arrive 3–4 weeks from the order date, with about 2–3 weeks of that in transit. Your options and rates appear at checkout once you enter your address.

Tracking your order
Your order moves from "Order Received" to "In Production! Yay!" to "Shipped." It's marked Shipped once your locket has been made, cleaned, wrapped and sent on its way. At that moment, an email with your tracking number goes to the address you used to order.

If your package is delayed or lost
If your tracking stalls, contact the carrier first, since they'll need your tracking number. For USPS, call your local post office rather than the 1-800 number, as local staff often know their routes best. For FedEx, call 1-800-463-3339.
If your package is fully lost, email us at hello@thelocketsisters.com or call 612-567-2397. We'll file a claim on your behalf and start on a new locket for you.
