We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the keepsake we’re making for you. 

Generally, most lockets ship within 7-10 days from the date of order, sometimes sooner. Production time varies based on how many photos you’d like inside your locket, resin dry time, and many other variable elements that occur during our proprietary process. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. 

We offer complimentary First Class USPS Shipping within the continental United States, or faster shipping products at the customer’s expense.. International customers pay a rate based on shipping product and location. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

** Customers shipping to non-US addresses may encounter duties and taxes upon the locket’s entry to your country. These potential fees are your responsibility. We do not have any control or input on the rate as they’re based on a percentage determined by the total purchased value of the lockets paid at a foreign country and not based on factors such as quality, size or weight, according to US Customs and Border Protection website

DELIVERY

Your locket will move from "Order Received" to "In Production! Yay!" to "Shipped" in the span of roughly 7-10 days from the date of order. This process concludes with "Shipped" once it has been completely made, cleaned, wrapped, and prepared for it's journey home, to you. Once we click "Shipped" there is an automatically generated email sent to the email we have on file, the one you used to order your locket, that includes tracking information. This allows you to follow the locket as it makes its way to you. 

If your locket is marked as "Shipped" in your Locket Sisters account but you did not get a tracking 

If your locket gets misplaced once in the hands of your shipping carrier, the first step is to contact your local post office (find it here, and we recommend calling the local phone number for your local office, not the 1-800 number, as the local staff often have working knowledge of routes, packages, outliers, etc) or for FedEx call 1(800) 463-3339. Both the Post Office and FedEx will need your tracking information to offer up-to-date information about your package. 

If your package has been fully lost please contact us at hello@thelocketsisters.com or 612-567-2397 and we will begin the process of filing a claim on your behalf and getting started on a new locket for you.
