We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. And if we're honest, we're jewelers, not tech people, so while we don't have the imagination for invading your privacy, we are smart enough to hire the right people to make sure this website is secure while you're using it. And even smarter yet to understand people don't want their information messed with. After all, we're online shoppers ourselves, real people with real lives managing all the same real things you're managing. As a rule, we treat you the way we want to be treated.

With that in mind...

Cookies Policy

When you visit thelocketsisters.com, we use cookies to improve your browsing experience, and help us analyze and understand how visitors engage with our site. By continuing to use our website, you consent to the use of these cookies. You can choose to disable or selectively turn off cookies in your browser settings. However, this may affect the functionality of certain features on our website.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. When you visit The Locket Sisters website and make a purchase, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. This information is solely used to process your order and provide you with a personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third parties. We do not store or keep your credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or any other payment information within our website.

We hire subcontractors to help expand and build the structure of The Locket Sisters periodically. These include but are not limited to experts in the field of web development, Google Ads management, graphic design, public relations and more. While these experts may have access to the backend of thelocketsisters.com as is required to do the work we’ve hired them to do, they do so with limited access to the inner workings of thelocketsisters.com only as it pertains to their work, and as long as they agree to keep all customer information (like name, address, email, etc) confidential.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.

When you are building your locket order, you will encounter the option to respond to the question, "May we share your locket and story on social media?" In this case, "your locket" means a photograph of the locket you've asked us to make on your behalf, including the design and the photograph submitted. The "story" is the part in your order where you have the option to "Tell us about this photo" with a large text bulletin for your original writing to describe what the photograph and locket will mean for the person who will keep it, or the motivation for ordering. We share many of these on our "Locket Stories" blog, our Instagram account, TikTok, our newsletter that goes out occasionally/irregularly/when we feel inspired to share something with the 5,000+ people signed up for it, and in other media spaces where sharing a story is applicable to the Locket Sisters audience. By clicking "No thanks" we will keep your photograph, story and locket private. When you click "I'd love it" we take the liberty to share the photograph, story and locket across our media channels, including but not limited to, those listed above.

By using our site, and when purchasing a locket, it is assumed you consent to our privacy policy.
